1. Acceptance
By booking or entering Celsius Wellbeing, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the facilities.

2. Bookings & Payments
All sessions must be paid in full at the time of booking. Bookings are final once confirmed.

3. Cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable.

4. Use at Own Risk
All use of facilities, including ice baths, sauna, infrared sauna, and Pilates equipment, is entirely at your own risk.

You are solely responsible for how you use the space and for monitoring your own physical condition at all times.

5. Health Declaration
By attending, you confirm that you are in good physical condition and have no medical conditions that could be affected by heat exposure, cold exposure, or physical activity.

If in doubt, you are responsible for seeking medical advice prior to your session.

6. Full Liability Waiver
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Celsius Wellbeing, its owners, employees, and affiliates accept no liability for any injury, illness, damage, loss, or adverse effect resulting from the use of its facilities.

This includes, but is not limited to, reactions to cold exposure, heat exposure, physical exertion, or any combination thereof.

7. Responsibility of the Client
You agree to immediately stop your session if you feel unwell, dizzy, or uncomfortable.

Failure to do so is entirely at your own risk.

8. Conduct
Celsius is a controlled, private environment. Any unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate behavior may result in immediate removal without refund.

9. Damage & Loss
You are responsible for any damage caused to the space or equipment.
Celsius is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

10. Right of Refusal
Celsius reserves the right to refuse access or terminate a session at any time without explanation.

11. Changes
Celsius reserves the right to modify bookings, services, or these terms at any time.

12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
